Weekly Training Diary
Skip to training planAs our club evolves, we want to be able to offer our members a greater variety of training options so that we can cater to your different goals and help you hit your personal targets.
We boast a wealth of experience, and among our numbers, we have qualified Coaches and Leaders in Running Fitness as well as many who have ‘been there and done that’ in a broad spectrum of sporting arenas, including competitive road, track, cross country, and extreme endurance athletes.
We also have members who enjoy multi-discipline events such as triathlons and duathlons.
If there is a particular issue that we don’t have an answer for, we are always open to discussion so that we can help our members enjoy the simple act of running, and there is no question too silly. This club has been built on a foundation of inclusivity and diversity, so if you have a question, ask away.
All of the options below are focussed on having fun whilst running. A member is not expected to participate in a particular session or competition. It’s your club, and you run when you want to.
So, to the training. We have found that the following sessions have been popular and will continue. Anyone is welcome to lead a session but will be supported by a qualified member in the first instance to ensure that the session is safe and relevant and that the person leading the session feels comfortable delivering it to other members.
Notice: In case of accident and/or injury, please be aware that participation in all training sessions should be considered ‘at your own risk’.
