With news that The Oast & Squire is to be sold, and with it being the convenient parking spot for this particular training activity, it became a necessity to find a new meet and start point.

This will inevitably coincide with an updated route to cater for the new meet and starting point, which we tested out today.

The new parking & initial meeting point

The new parking and initial meeting point is now at Titchfield Community Centre Car Park.

The new run route

With the initial meeting point and car park now relocated, there would be an obvious change to the existing run route, which can be viewed here, or by clicking the above image.

When navigating to the above link, you should see an interactive graphic of a map. At the bottom of the map, in the middle, you should see a ‘Play’ button. Clicking this will animate you through the new run route, which covers around 6.6 miles and a total ascent of around 178m.

Final words

If you have any further questions about this change, or the session itself, then do post a message on the club facebook page.

Don’t forget, this training activity caters for runners of all paces.
