I’m a chatty bubbly lady who is happy to run at a variety of paces… unless you’re super speedy, but I will give it a go!!!
If I’m not running, I’m dog walking.

I have been a runner on and off since 2010.
I’m a back of the pack runner and happy to and have given any distance a go as long as I can have fun along the way.
Saturdays are all about parkrun, which is where you will find me (somewhere).

Often called crazy, as I sea dip all year round.
I love running with others especially 545ers!

I’ve been running for over 10 years, from 5k’s to marathon’s, my motto is “only compete with yourself”.
I love to help others reach their goals the way 545 has helped me.
